Spacestor visits Orgatec with Profim

This week Spacestor attended industry recognised workspace trade show Orgatec in Cologne, Germany. The trade show offered new and inspiring ideas about improving your workspace and how the right furniture can make a huge and positive difference to the workspace environment and how employees work too. Throughout the week there were plenty of trends and new ideas for workspace furniture of the future, the trends we noticed were:

  • Acoustic walls and panels used for focused work or small meeting points which are great for smaller workspaces.

  • Modular and movable products to create a dynamic and agile workspace. These products respond to the trend of gig economy where the workspace environment can be changed for the employee or brands needs.  Our very popular Railway Carriage meeting pod meets this need, being modular, but flexible in design.

  • Natural wood products along with the addition of plants and rocks to create a workspace that emulates the outdoors.

  • Cutting edge and creative stands that created a vibrant buzz during the trade event.

We exhibited our brand new seating range with our partners and seating producers Profim during Orgatec too and the sophisticatedly designed stand was filled with a range of workspace and design experts testing out the new range of seats, getting a closer look at the designs and ergonomic features as well as speaking to our workspace concept advisor who offered advice on how the right seat can make a difference.
