Every week we take a look at workspaces across the world that have designed a dynamic and creative space for their current employees to enjoy and attract the next generation too.

This week we’re taking a look at Redbull’s casual yet productive office in Mexico City. The quirky and unusual space has been designed to break the norm of a standard office environment with its unique floor plan and unusual furniture that creates a fun and informal place to work. This workspace includes a range of open spaces with soft seating and informal furniture, a gym encouraging the well-being of their staff, a games room to de-stress, and a space that also encourages casual collisions as the staff are able to roam freely and work away from their desks too.

The aesthetic design was inspired by an urban-Mexican look and Red Bull wanted their workspace to also proudly support up and coming Mexican artists by using work by two artists to create the overall look of the space. The asymmetrically designed workspace creates a dynamic flow leading to a mixture of meeting rooms, open casual areas and a space called the “Oasis” complete with swing chairs and comfortable bean bags designed for employees to disconnect from their work and relax, listen to music and meet up to socialise too.

We love how this workspace proudly displays independent artists with its unique aesthetic design and boasts a great variety of places for employees to work and enjoy the space they are in. With more companies creating workspaces that encourage collaboration, we feel that this workspace will definitely inspire most to create a dynamic and expressive workspace for their current and future employees.
