Every great workspace carries a pulse, a sense of intention, care, and creativity that lingers long after the door closes. Some spaces ignite collaboration, others become sanctuaries of wellbeing, and a rare few set new benchmarks for what the workplace of tomorrow can be.

For 2026, Spacestor is celebrating those exceptional projects with the launch of our global Workspace of the Week series, and the ultimate title: Workspace of the Year.

Submissions are now officially open worldwide from November 19 2025 to October 31 2026, and we’re inviting the entire industry ecosystem to be part of it: architects, interior designers, occupiers, design & build teams, furniture dealers - everyone who shapes the places people work.

Each selected Workspace of the Week will be showcased across Spacestor’s channels, amplifying your project to a global design community. These weekly spotlights create the longlist from which an expert panel of external judges - representing consultancy, architecture, and workplace strategy - will select the Workspace of the Year 2026.

What We’re Celebrating
This initiative champions the spaces shaping tomorrow’s experiences, and the diverse stories behind them. We want workplaces that make people feel something: welcomed, connected, supported, inspired.

Entries will be considered across four core criteria:
• Design: originality, use of colour, materiality, innovation, and how the environment supports user work styles.
• Human focus: how space nurtures wellbeing, inclusivity, collaboration, choice and supports neurodiversity.
• Sustainability: responsible materials, social contribution, long-term adaptability, and recognition for environmental and community performance.
• Storytelling: the narrative that shapes the project’s identity - brand, culture, or purpose.

Importantly, your project does not need to include Spacestor products to be eligible.
This is a community-driven celebration of ideas, expertise, and the sheer diversity of world-class workplace design.

The Prize
The team behind the winning project will receive a celebratory evening of your choice - a chance to gather, toast the achievement, and reflect on what made the project special (terms and conditions apply).

Who Can Enter
Any workplace completed between January 2023 and December 2026 is eligible for both the weekly highlights and the overall competition.
Submissions are welcomed from anywhere in the world.
