a space-efficient, individual working pod
Whether you're in need of a solitary space for private conversation or high focus working, the modern workspace has provided little facility for this in the past, with a greater emphasis on open-plan collaborative and social zones, rather than individual spaces for quiet and uninterrupted working environments. In the past, one person may have claimed a whole meeting room to take a phone call or hold a private conversation; an inefficient use of space. Drawing on the rich design heritage of California, Residence Max creates iconic enclosures within the workplace, providing an optimum working experience and a serene sanctuary amidst the current workplace conditions and high-tech buzz of the modern environment. Inspired by the beautiful 'residences', modern, innovative houses built by leading architects throughout the 20th century, this space-efficient pod provides private space using minimum floor area. The product comes with a glazed door, allowing natural light to continue to shine through and a birch plywood finish, providing a raw, natural aesthetic. Available with either a height-adjustable or fixed desk in a seated or standing working position, adjustable ventilation and built-in power, Residence Max is designed to be comfortable for longer working hours. The product boasts extremely high acoustic quality and has a highly adaptable design with a huge range of finish options. Residence Max comes in two versions, Wellness and Wellness Plus, both of which are designed to be very sustainable, containing low emitting materials and designed to provide a high quality user experience.
