For Paysafe’s London HQ, Oktra flips the script on the predictable workplace. Two linked floors, a statement internal staircase that invites movement, pockets of play (yes! swings), a cinema, a library, and an all-hands space that can host everything, from product launches to impromptu brainstorms.

Spacestor’s seamless storage solutions are integrated throughout the space for increased functionality. Built-in Storagewall fits snuggly into walls and alcoves, pairing open-fronted display shelving with a bespoke lighting solution. The result ensures that clutter disappears, health and safety is upheld, and the workplace stays as neat and considered as it was designed to be from the outset.

Every element of the new headquarters was designed to energise teams and encourage interaction. The internal staircase links floors seamlessly, creating a natural flow between client-facing areas and employee spaces while reinforcing a culture of collaboration. Carefully curated quiet zones, wellness rooms, and flexible social areas support a variety of work styles, from focused solo work to larger group sessions, ensuring employees can choose the environment that suits them best.

Bold branding and a striking LED theatre put Paysafe’s identity front and centre, while playful touches such as swings add a spark of creativity. Sustainability and inclusivity were integrated throughout, achieving SKA Gold certification and the inclusion of accessibility features reflecting the company’s long-term commitments. Every choice - materials, finishes, and furniture - was made to support a vibrant, functional, and forward-thinking workplace.
