On a night which was dedicated to recognizing design excellence, Aeonica was awarded Best of Year in its category, an achievement which truly reflects the ground-breaking nature of this New Landscape for Work.

With 716 product submissions from 450 manufacturers in 30 countries, Interior Design's Best of Year awards program has become the ultimate measure of excellence, showcasing what's happening today in every category of design whilst simultaneously setting the bar even higher for the future. The return of the in-person event added to the celebratory quality and meant the occasion was able to positively honor all forms of notable innovation.

This accolade is a privilege and worthy evidence of the work put in to create this toolkit for designers. Made up of 5 shapes, the simplicity of Aeonica is the tip of a deep thought process and exhaustive consideration towards the functionality and ability of the product to truly provide endless iterations.

Our launch in Milan and Chicago earlier this year was exciting and insightful to see the enthusiasm of architects and workplace professionals when faced with something entirely new in the industry. A big thank you to Gensler our product design consultants! The experience they bought, and level of thinking applied has made Aeonica the fluid, flexible and future-proof product that it is.

During the development process, we took inspiration from the Aeonica era in California, as well as older classic architectural forms to initiate organic shapes which are globally familiar but not highly directive. Available in 6 tones which have been chosen from an earthy palette to reference minerals and biophilia as complementary to the natural world, blending the organic and engineered to create an inter-compatibility which will allow playful but meaningful fun when space making.

Aeonica has had a fantastic reception and we are fascinated to see where it goes from here! While the workplace future is not determined, we are certain that Aeonica will afford greater experience and develop more purpose than even we can envision now!
