Based in Covent Garden, Essenta Partners has cultivated a workplace that supports a variety of working styles. Their existing office combines practical bench desking with collaborative settings, including soft seating areas and a high collaboration table, giving employees the flexibility to choose the environment best suited to the task at hand.

Having previously invested in several Spacestor solutions, including two legacy Residence Work pods and our Palisades Grid system, Essenta Partners were already familiar with the value that thoughtfully designed workplace products can bring to the employee experience. As workplace behaviours continued to evolve, the team identified a growing need for additional spaces dedicated to private calls and video meetings.

With hybrid working patterns placing greater emphasis on virtual communication, Essenta Partners required a solution that would provide greater acoustic privacy without compromising the aesthetic consistency of their office.

Working closely with the team, we reviewed a range of options to understand how the new spaces would be used and how they could integrate with the existing workplace design. It was important that any new additions felt like a natural extension of the office, and had the same look and feel as the existing pods in the space.

Following this review process, Essenta Partners selected Portals Quiet pods with integrated seating, providing a comfortable and dedicated environment for focused work, phone calls and video conferencing.

Designed to create moments of privacy within open-plan environments, Portals Quiet offers a calm, enclosed setting ideal for activities that require concentration or confidential conversations.

To ensure visual continuity throughout the office, the new Portals Quiet pods were finished to match both the existing legacy pods and the storage elements beneath the Palisades Grid installation. This attention to detail creates a cohesive and considered aesthetic, reinforcing the quality and character of the workplace as a whole.

The addition of Portals Quiet has enhanced Essenta Partners' ability to support a wider range of workplace activities within a single environment. Employees now have access to more private spaces for calls and virtual collaboration, while the office retains the open, connected feel that encourages teamwork and interaction.

By working closely with Essenta Partners to understand their needs and complement their existing workplace investments, we were able to deliver a solution that feels both practical and seamlessly integrated, helping the team make the most of their office today and into the future.
