This state-of-the-art location for flexible workspace provider, Knotel, has recently been completed and provides a solution that facilitates collaboration and drives productivity.

Founded in 2016, Knotel has dozens of locations in 17 cities that provide sublet office space to corporate clients. The company has grown at a rapid pace and now leases more than 5 million square feet of office space; more than 1 million square feet was added in the second half of 2019.

And now Germany’s capital, Berlin, is experiencing a surge of entrepreneurial activity, and the city is buzzing with innovative energy that benefits businesses of all sizes and stages. As Knotel themselves said "We came to see what all the fuss was about and we never left — there’s a reason why this beloved city is consistently ranked among the world’s most liveable."

At the heart of Berlin, Knotel selected Nürnberger Str.8 for the next location in their German expansion. This new workspace uses several different configurations of Spacestor's Palisades Grid to divide up the space and create a variety of different zones within the open-plan design, whilst providing visual interest. We were also pleased to provide our Residence Work pods which provide a secluded and acoustically protected space within the buzz of the modern office. And finally, a stadium-like arrangement of our Bleachers creates the perfect scrum space for collaborative working, presentations or breakouts, and it's innate flexibility means that it can be used for all three in one day.
