In an exploration of surreal surfaces, we were joined by design industry professionals for a masterclass and workshop where guests designed and created their own terrazzo coasters!

Expertly led by Manzo Design London, the workshop guided guests through the entire process of creating terrazzo, using a sustainable material called jesmonite. Tactile, immersive, and unique, the experience was an insight into the world of textures and materials, learning more about the ancient, Venetian-based surface which was originally born when mosaic workers put discarded pieces of marble to good use!

A Toast to Terrazzo was also an opportunity to connect across the industry and share the latest workplace news. Tours of Spacestor’s London Design Centre, featuring our newest products and accessories sparked ideas and conversations around today’s office and what is required to meet the demands of a diverse group of employees.
