Provider of premium internet marketing services, the Voyage Group have recently collaborated with SEMBA to design their new offices in Tokyo, Japan. A space which manifests an adventurous spirit, inspired by a "well-travelled journey."

The workspace both embodies the group's corporate philosophy of "360-degree amazing" while also conveying a story of "voyage" - travel over the sea.

Upon entering, in the centre of the stunning space is the company bar Ajito. Each area in the space is connected seamlessly, the café space Lagoon with it's flexible layout, the company library Oasis which doubles up as a concentration space. Hill and Beach are areas where visitors can relax.

The entire office is designed so that employees can change their working style and also absorbs the culture and creed of Voyage Group.

Whilst the space was being updated, the aim was to incorporate the princicple of Activity Based Working, giving employees the flexibility to change their working area according to the type of task.

On floors 16 and 17, meeting rooms are positioned at the core of the floor, leaving the desk area as flexible as possible. Communication and collaboration between employees is encouraged and this is faciliated by a deck laden with amenities.
