Since 2006, Manchester-born brothers Reg and Louis Rix have grown CarFinance 247 into the country’s leading car finance broker. In doing so, they massively outgrew their old premises very quickly, overflowing into three separate locations spread across the city centre. Now, Spatial Office Environments’ Head of Design Christina Belkacem, has brought the whole company and its 450+ staff back together over three floors of bright, open and collaborative office space in which they continue to flourish.
Christina’s brief was to build a workplace that was neither gimmicky nor corporate, and that provides each employee with the right facilities and environment they’d need to excel. She decided to break each floor up into different 'Neighbourhoods' designed for different kinds of activities; and Spacestor were pleased to install our Palisades Grid as a way of dividing up some of these neighbourhoods, housing green office plants, dampening noise, and providing more warm, ambient lighting.
