Modular and collaborative office furniture for financial client

During the collaboration of Scott Brownrigg and Workplace, it was essential that both parties were in sync together when planning the design and the Client’s needs were addressed. It was important that the workspace catered to a high quality of both collaborative and flexible work arrangements, supporting the Client's hybrid work model.

Attention to detail is at the forefront of this project, in every aspect of the Client’s expectations, especially their employees’ well-being. Each desk is height adjustable to cater for every individual’s needs, lockers are assigned to each employee to store personal belongings, seamlessly integrating the differences between remote and in-office work environments.

The workplace feels bright and welcoming with soft beiges and accentuated blues and greens, which instils trust and serenity. The open layout, with workspaces placed near large windows, ensures a balanced ambience of natural light, creating an inspiring and productive environment for all employees. Spacestor’s Palisades II have been seamlessly incorporated into the design to create open spaces that maximize natural light, avoiding the restriction of enclosed walls. The integrated storage bases also enable the Client to maintain a dedicated locker for each employee.

Significant technological integrations have been implemented in the project such as enhanced internet connectivity and other digital tools. The inclusion of Spacestor's Railway Carriage with an integrated HD screen enhances impromptu collaboration opportunities, offering a seamless platform for interactive discussions and small presentations within the workspace.

This workplace, designed as a strategic hub supporting operational functions, data analysis and technology, exemplifies the potential of innovative and collaborative solutions in the architectural and design industry.
