Located at 10 Churchill Place in Canary Wharf, PKF's new 43,000 sq ft workplace spans two floors, bringing together client-facing hospitality with high-performing workspaces. Delivered by Oktra, the project transformed a complex inherited environment into a cohesive, future-focused workplace, completed within an accelerated 14-week programme.

Spacestor products were integrated throughout the workplace to support organisation, flexibility and employee wellbeing. Across the working floor, HotLockers with integrated planters provide personal storage while introducing greenery into the space. Positioned at the ends of desk runs, they help define neighbourhoods within the larger open-plan environment, bringing a softer feel to the workplace while supporting day-to-day functionality.

Palisades II is used extensively throughout the floor to create subtle separation between departments without interrupting sightlines or natural light. The system helps organise the workspace into distinct zones while maintaining the openness of the overall design. Within the large kitchen and dining area, Palisades creates a sense of place, defining breakout and social spaces while preserving the welcoming atmosphere that makes the area a hub for employees throughout the day.

Storagewall appears across both floors in a variety of applications. On the working floor, it forms a practical coat storage solution at the entrance, while elsewhere it is used as shelving and storage, providing a consistent architectural language throughout the workplace and supporting the needs of both staff and visitors.

The design balances the energy of Canary Wharf with a warm and welcoming workplace experience. Large windows flood both floors with natural light and frame views across the surrounding waterways. The client-facing floor has a more open and flowing layout designed to encourage interaction, while the working floor combines traditional desking with collaborative breakout spaces and a generous kitchen area that brings people together throughout the day.

The result is a workplace that successfully balances functionality, flexibility and hospitality. Through thoughtful zoning, integrated storage and biophilic elements, the space supports the diverse needs of PKF's teams while creating an environment that feels organised, connected and built to evolve.
