Keynote speakers included Dr David Skilling, Director of Landfall Strategy Group, an advisory firm that provides insights on global economic and geopolitical dynamics to governments, firms, and financial institutions. His expertise is founded upon previous experience working for McKinsey & Company in Singapore and past senior roles in the New Zealand Government.

The motivational coach, who started his journey in the McDonalds’ kitchen, became a successful entrepreneur, and now has dedicated his career to helping and inspiring others, gave specialist business advice to guests to set them up to thrive in 2024. His key points fixated around three crucial pillars: Marketing, People and Strategy.

Covering off the most up-to-date marketing methods and techniques, opening on how to master these for optimal success. Guests also learnt tips for ensuring their team is made up of the right people and on how to secure confidence and the best out of each member. From clear goal setting to solid strategic planning and preparation for the year ahead, visitors were impressed with the importance of direction, communication and transparency for successful action and results.
