Glamourous at the outset, but with a functional focus, and a distinct consideration for employee experience.
Glamourous at the outset, but with a functional focus, and a distinct consideration for employee experience. Catapult partnered with Montieth Scott and Rhino Interiors to craft a highly luxurious environment including an auditorium and a people-centric kitchen area. Stunning and impactful, the company’s new experiential space in Newport is central to their brand, serving to magnetize the hub, attracting employees; to meet, greet and network, with unprecedented results, allowing them to remain experts and innovators in the industry.
For many in the return-to-workplace world, social interaction is more important than before. The kitchen area provides a site for this social communication to happen in a relaxed and highly prosperous setting. Rich, purple coloring with eclectic lighting and a themed floor design, enabling clear but not arbitrary zones to be created.
A statement auditorium is another space created for social interactions, but also extending its function to host larger groups and collaborative sessions. Metallic materiality and tiered seating merge to form another touch of corporate splendor.
The office space, bright and soft with muted tones and acoustic provisions made to enhance experience. Sleek Storagewall and personal, tech-integrated Hotlockers, to give employees space in a hot-desking, fast-moving society.
Tungsten toned, metallic upholstery, monochrome and soothing give an overall calm and premium vibe. Contrastingly, enclosed spaces in darker, earthier tones with mottled greys and browns, a dramatic environment for focused work and private meetings.
