Tristan Capital Partners
With sweeping views across Luxembourg, Tristan Capital Partners’ new workspace combines light, calm, and intelligent design to create an environment where focus and collaboration thrive.
Tristan Capital Partners is a private equity real estate investment, specializing in real estate across Europe. In Luxembourg, their team now has a new space to work in - led by NHQ, who were responsible for the overall architectural design, project management and delivery, alongside ARCH.DESIGN. The project continues a successful collaboration between Tristan and NHQ, following their partnership on the firm's London office earlier this year.
The space has been designed to be a modern and welcoming workspace, which maximizes natural light and features well-thought out spaces for a range of tasks. The space embodies design excellence and prevision, reflecting TCP's brand position in the financial services sector.
44 open-space workstations include bank desking spaces, as well as a more informal collaborative space. Spacestor provided our Portals Huddle, with green and grey upholstery, and a light wood cladding. This pod facilitates small group discussions and meetings in a private and acoustically protective space, without requiring a whole meeting room to be booked out.
44 open-space workstations include banks of desks (with a view), as well as a more informal collaborative space. Spacestor provided our Portals Huddle, with green and grey upholstery, and a light wood cladding. This pod facilitates small group discussions and meetings in a private and acoustically protective space, without requiring a whole meeting room to be booked out.
A Portals Quiet pod has been installed next to this, an individual focused space for people to escape distraction and the buzz of the office, while the glazed doors on both these pods mean that they don’t feel entirely cut off from the rest of the team. Choosing these pods at this location allowed the TCP London office's aesthetic and functionality to be fitted into this space at another location, and ensures a consistent employee experience across locations.
These pods sit seamlessly alongside our Storagewall, all finished in the same cladding for an extremely clean and polished look. In utilising the family of products, it helps the whole space to feel uncluttered and calming, enhancing the atmosphere created through the colour and design scheme.
The meeting room has a natural vibe, with chairs upholstered in a sage-green, and the view from the full-height window, coupled with the light-timber wall cladding and round, organically-shaped lights all makes for a brilliant spot to brainstorm the next big idea, or carry out team meetings.
A light and open cafeteria area is an area for colleagues to relax and connect over a coffee, with a colour scheme that tones with that throughout the office, but a slightly more energetic feel to it, with deep blues and peachy-pink kitchen tiles and seat-cushions. The lighting choices in here are key in contributing to the feel as well, with warm-coloured striplights and branded circular wall features.
This new workspace for Tristan Capital Partners in Luxembourg embodies an inviting and well-situated environment which is both functional and comfortable to be in, and provides colleagues the flexibility needed in today's modern worklife.
