When Gensler Architects approached Spacestor with a building challenge from one of their clients, we knew we had to approach it in a slightly old-fashioned way. One of the largest US financial institutions in the world wanted a 45cm locker for their Bournemouth offices to meet their international standard and a standard metric solution was not possible. Our total control of the manufacturing processes meant that we were able to tailor our HotLocker storage system to meet the customer's precise imperial dimension saving the cost and environmental impact of shipping from the USA. An installation of 4,500 lockers, 250 linear meters of Storagewall and a number of coat rack modules in a mix of Polyrey Papago plain laminates began in April 2015 and was completed in different phases over 18 months.
