Built on Trust and Backed by Experience
A great workplace isn't just about delivering one successful project. It's about creating solutions that continue to work as businesses grow, move and evolve.
Spacestor’s clients come back, whether that is for a new office across town, for another location in a different country, or because a product has worked so well that it becomes part of the standard for every new workplace they create.
When a solution helps people work better, fits naturally into a design scheme, and stands up to everyday use, there's no reason to start from scratch every time. The products are familiar, employees know how to use them, and project teams know they'll get a solution they can trust.
Read on to find out a bit more about some of the clients we’ve worked with repeatedly.
PKF
As PKF has expanded into new offices, many of the same workplace principles have been carried through each project.
Storagewall has been used in a variety of finishes to suit each interior, bringing shelving, HotLockers and Coat Cupboards as streamlined architectural features rather than standalone furniture. Palisades has also been specified across locations, helping define different teams and work zones as well as providing subtle visual screening and integrated storage.
Although every office has its own identity, repeating these solutions creates a familiar experience for employees while giving designers the flexibility to respond to each individual space.
Wizu
Providing members with places to take calls or work without distraction is essential in flexible workspaces, which is why Wizu first introduced Portico phone booths into its Leeds centres.
The response was so positive that the booths quickly became part of future projects across the business, with installations in Bristol, Southampton, Edinburgh, Harrogate, Lawnswood and additional Leeds locations. Portico has even been specified for larger occupiers within Wizu buildings.
Dean Haslam, Head of Property Services at Wizu Group said: "The Portico were chosen based on price, sustainability and size and fitted the brief in terms of what our members and office clients were asking for. The booths were well received and are a free service to all our clients that can be booked through the Wizu app. Following the launch in these two sites we have ordered many more units for both new and existing centres."
And that is exactly what good workplace design should do. Solve a problem once, then keep solving it.
Grant Thornton
Consistency doesn't have to mean every office looks the same.
Grant Thornton has used Palisades in both its Liverpool and Glasgow workplaces to create striking entrance features using curves, archways, integrated planting and storage. Each space has its own personality, but the same product adapts to suit both environments while helping shape the arrival experience.
It's a great example of how one product can be interpreted differently without losing its purpose.
Synopsys
Our relationship with Synopsys has seen us support projects across the UK and EMEA, supplying a wide range of workplace solutions as new offices have opened and existing spaces have evolved.
Palisades has become a familiar feature across many of these workplaces, creating flexible neighbourhoods without closing off the office. Railway Carriage has also been used repeatedly to provide enclosed meeting spaces, alongside Portals Quiet and Huddle booths for focused work and private conversations.
Using the same products and finishes across multiple locations helps create a workplace that's instantly recognisable to employees, wherever they're working.
Check out some of the projects where we’ve got case studies: Porto, Munich, Theale, Dublin.
Every workplace is different, and the same solution doesn’t work in every space, but when a product consistently performs, adapts to different workplaces, and supports the way people work, it makes sense to build on that success.
These are just a few examples from the many clients we've worked with over the years who continue to specify Spacestor products across multiple projects.
These partnerships are all about building lasting relationships, understanding how our clients work and delivering solutions they'll want to use again and again.
