Anthemis is an investment platform founded on three guiding principles: authentic collaboration, virtuous cycle outcomes, and diversity. Founded just ten years ago, Anthemis are already at the centre of a vibrant ecosystem of start-ups and institutions dedicated to reinventing financial services for the digital world.

For the Design and build of this 5,300 sq ft, 3rd floor location in the iconic building, Anthemis reached out to Quadrant Design and Crown Interiors to help them fulfil their desire for a dream workspace.

With a focus on agile and flexible working, this new office empowers staff to use the space not just for focused working activities but actively supports wellbeing and good mental health practises through well designed interactive spaces such as a treatment room, lounge space, relaxed and formal meeting rooms. The addition of the town hall area for companywide virtual collaboration with other global offices, a vital feature given the reduced international travel around the time of the completion of the project.

To complement this resimercial design concept, we were asked to provide our Palisades II product to allow them to showcase their impressive array of books and magazines. A Residence Work pod provides a quiet sanctuary amongst the buzz of the modern office, where employees of Anthemis can find a solitary space for focus work or a private conversations. Finally our Bleacher seating is perfect for providing chance collaborations, bridging the gap between a meeting room and an auditorium-style space.
