International gourmet food provider Frichti worked with the expertise of Deskeo in the creation of their stunning new flexible offices, to cater for their rapid growth trajectory

Deskeo, Knotel's European counterpart, are leading the revolution in real estate by offering tailored workspaces with flexible conditions. As one of the biggest flexible office providers in France, they have 75.000 m² under their management, spread across 50 locations, mainly in the Paris and Lyon areas. Deskeo is the French arm of the US flexible workspace provider giant Knotel, that recently invested in the company.

One of their latest endeavours has created the vibrant and fun home for Frichti!

Frichti is a home-made food production and delivery company offering a wide range of gourmet meals for lunch and dinner, with a focus on health and quality. Their mission is to allow all those who want to eat well but do not have time to cook, to do so. They have the taste of good products, the love of cooking well-made and the desire to simplify the lives of their customers.

As a growing company, Frichti, like many others, were experiencing some problems with their offices. Having moved 8 times in 5 years, they turned to Deskeo to find, fit out and manage their new Headquarters. In the 11th arrondissement of Paris, with a floor area of 2,100m2, Frichti have taken up residence in "La Manufacture", their new HQ.

Their new space was designed, fitted out and accessorised by Deskeo to accommodate the 350 Frichti employees in a unifying workplace. With a huge variety of spaces, Deskeo provided Frichti employees with beautiful offices, a photo studio, a Research and Development kitchen, a conference space and of course a luxurious, sociable space for lunch breaks at the height of Frichti quality. Understanding the need for this collection of different spaces, Deskeo asked us to provide our Palisades Grid product in several different configurations to help zone the open-plan office into smaller communities and neighbourhoods. Not only does this provide visual and auditory privacy to the different working zones but helps maintain a connection with the space as a whole.

Frank Zorn, the co-founder of Deskeo, is familiar with the real estate issues of high growth start-ups. Having started at Rocket Internet, moved on to develop City Deal which would become Groupon - his growth was such that he looked for new offices every 6 months. From this observation was born the promise of Deskeo, to offer a complete, simple and flexible real estate solution to companies.

Having worked with Knotel in a number of different locations around the globe, we were glad to have this opportunity to collaborate with their European branches to extend the relationship! Check out our previous projects with Knotel in Berlin, Dublin and London.
