Robert Half International was founded in New York in 1948 and has since grown into a world leader in specialized recruitment. As recruitment experts they know exactly how to keep employees happy, so they chose Arch Design, from Paris, to fit out a complete floor for them in the Europlaza high-rise building in the architecturally daring, modernist business district of La Défense.

Arch Design placed a cafeteria at the heart of the space, where it could serve as both a relaxation and a meeting area, and surrounded it with a variety of meeting spaces suited to small working groups. As such, Spacestor were happy to install a run of three Railway Carriage meeting pods upholstered in blue with alternating light grey or orange; and rather harmoniously, the square arches of these Railway Carriages mirror the form of the famous Grande Arche de la Défense that has long been the symbol of the neighbourhood. Furthermore, we also provided a tower of HotLockers for employees to store their personal effects in, contributing to the making of a nice, welcoming workplace that can adapt to the needs of Robert Half International’s staff.
