A dedicated space to collaborate and socialise
The original customizable meeting booth
Collaboration is one of the biggest reasons people come to the office, and that means workplaces need more places for people to come together, connect and share ideas, without always relying on a traditional meeting room. The original customizable meeting booth, Railway Carriage is designed to meet this need, creating a dedicated space for everything from informal catch-ups and impromptu conversations to focused collaboration and social connection. Trusted by over 150 companies, Railway Carriage has become a cornerstone of the modern workplace. Its modular, factory-built design makes it easy to create collaboration settings exactly where they’re needed. And with over 300 million possible combinations of finishes, fabrics and configurations, you’ll never see the same one twice. Designed as part of the wider Spacestor family, Railway Carriage seamlessly aligns with other products across the portfolio, creating connected, cohesive spaces that can evolve alongside the needs of the workplace.

Our workspaces are increasingly becoming places to collaborate and socialise

So the need for meeting spaces is ever-growing and the Railway Carriage has been developed to meet this exact need.

Sprinklers

Railway Carriage has an effective open top solution know as 'moon-roof' allowing for compliance with sprinkler regulations without the need for additional installations. Get in touch to find out how this feature can be incorporated into your project, and to discuss how we can provide the best solution to meet your needs.

Inclusive Design

Ensuring our workplaces are designed with accessibility in mind from the start is key to ensuring inclusivity. With our Railway Carriages, there are multiple ways everyone can come together in a collaborative setting on an equal playing field. Get in touch if you would like to discuss this on your project.

Overview

Here at Spacestor, good environmental management is crucial to the continued success of our business and is a concept that we encourage throughout our entire supply chain. Like our supply chain partners, we take our environmental responsibilities seriously, assessing factors such as waste management, the provenance of our timber and reducing our overall carbon footprint.

Dedicated manufacturing facilities in the UK and USA provide you with ultimate flexibility in product customization and lead time.

Certifications

  1. Environmental Accreditations

We know that navigating sustainability standards can feel overwhelming, which is why Railway Carriage comes with a downloadable Environmental Data Sheet to give you clear insight into its impact — [Download Here]. For a deeper understanding, we also provide a Sustainability Standards Compliance document—available upon request—that helps you make sense of the complex world of sustainability benchmarks, see example on the left. We encourage you to reach out to us directly to access this resource and explore how our commitment to sustainable design can support your decisions.

On Railway Carriage, we're also pleased to be able to provide a Declare Label, offering an additional layer of transparency by clearly outlining material ingredients and environmental attributes. This label helps you understand the composition and sustainability performance of the product, supporting informed, responsible design and purchasing decisions.

Some models in this range have a slightly longer lead time than usual at the moment.
